Booking — A booking becomes firm upon receipt of payment and of the confirmation sent by e-mail. The guest must be of legal age.

Payment — Payment is made online by card at the time of booking. The Arles tourist tax is payable in addition.

Cancellation — See the Cancellation policy page.

Stay — Check-in from 4 pm to 8 pm, check-out before 10 am. Non-smoking apartments, no pets, maximum 2 guests. The number of occupants may not exceed the stated capacity.

Liability — The guest is liable for any damage caused during the stay. A deposit may be requested.
